Customer focused with good features
I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. If you're looking to pay for an ongoing service, I recommend pdffiller.

Great Product
This software has helped mainly with electronic signature creation but also with overall PDF edits.
The software offers a number of options for editing PDFs and is fairly user-friendly. It has an easy layout.
I do not like the fact that the software can lag when working with slightly larger documents. It can also be time-consuming to learn more advanced features.

Mobile applications work really good.
Edit or add content to your PDF file, I love this feature as it helps to add content whenever required before sending it to the customers.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.

How to Eliminate text in PDF Document
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you needed to reverse a PDF, but it was not editable, or you could not do it because you did not have the right software? In the past, you probably had to print the form, fill it out by hand, sign and date it. Then, you would either scan it or send a hard copy to wherever it needed to go. Besides needing a printer and a scanner, the whole process was just too time-consuming. Now, with pdfFiller you can edit any PDF online without downloading or installing any software. To get started, upload a file to your account and open it in the editor. Any PDF is instantly editable in pdfFiller’s online editor. You can create checkboxes, drop-down lists and fillable fields for text, numbers, signatures, initials, dates, and photos. The technique for adding fields is the same for all field types. Open the Add Fillable Fields tab on the right.
Select the field you need, for instance, the Text field, then drag and drop it where it should be in the document. Resize the field by dragging its corners or edges. Use the formatting tools to preset the field’s text format including the font, size, color and alignment. It will be impossible to change the format while filling the field.
To delete a fillable field, click on the trash can icon above it. You can type anywhere on a PDF. In the main toolbar, select the Text button, click where you’d like to place the cursor and type.
To change the position of your content, click the arrow icon in the mini toolbar above, while holding down the mouse button, drag the content where you’d like to place it. Change the text size by using the tree icons above or by selecting from the drop-down list in the formatting toolbar. You can underline, italicize or make your words bold.
To add text to a PDF document, you don’t have to type, you can also copy it from any other document, e-mail or web page. You can also highlight, eliminate or black out any content, as well as sign and add pictures to any PDF document. How to Use the Eliminate PDF Documents Feature
The Eliminate PDF Documents feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily remove unwanted pages from your PDF files. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account and open the PDF document you want to edit.

Click on the 'Tools' tab in the top menu.

Select the 'Eliminate PDF Documents' option from the dropdown menu.

A new window will appear with a preview of your PDF document. Use the navigation buttons to scroll through the pages and identify the ones you want to eliminate.

To eliminate a page, simply click on it in the preview window. The selected page will be highlighted.

If you want to eliminate multiple pages, hold down the 'Ctrl' key (or 'Command' key on Mac) while clicking on each page you want to remove.

Once you have selected all the pages you want to eliminate, click on the 'Eliminate' button.

A confirmation message will appear asking if you are sure you want to eliminate the selected pages. Click 'Yes' to proceed.

The selected pages will be removed from your PDF document, and the remaining pages will be automatically renumbered.
